Effective 12/1/2023 our practice is 100% Telehealth.

We utilize an Electronic Health Record System (EHR) which will allow you to access all of your records and future appointments. This system will also be your link to having your telehealth session.

Cash (for co-pays only), and all major credit & debit cards accepted for payment.

We accept EAP (employment assistance program) through your employer, and most commercial insurance. If you do not have insurance, we also have a self-pay plan.

EAP counseling is a free service covered by your Employer. ­It is solution focused brief therapy and is not created for long term care. This is a free service to you that is rendered by your Employer. Please check with your HR department to see if this service is available and confirm if Mirror 2 the Heart or your therapist is contracted with them.

This practice serves all patients regardless of their ability to pay. Discounts for essential services are offered based on family size and income. For more information, contact our office.

Any request for medical records or a care statement incurs a processing fee of $25 and takes 5-7 business days to complete in the order it was received.

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and you have not cancelled within the 24-hour turnaround time or 4 hours for unexpected cancellations (i.e., work, accidents, technical issues), you will be required to pay the "no-show" fee for the session. Our policy cancellation fee is $75 non-refundable. At Mirror 2 the Heart, your state of health and its ongoing development is important to us and something we take very seriously. If you miss more than three appointments with an excuse or without (no shows), we reserve the right to discharge you from the therapeutic process to avoid any risks of non-accountability. At the time of discharge referrals will be provided.
