The ARC of Marriage™ is a structured, faith-integrated premarital coaching experience designed to help couples prepare intentionally for marriage. Through assessment, guided conversations, relational-awareness activities, and holistic & spiritual coaching, couples gain a clearer understanding of themselves, one another, and the foundation they are building together.
Grounded in the SYMBIS assessment and Mirror 2 the Heart’s ARC Mentality®, the program encourages couples to become more Accountable, Relatable, and Consistent as they prepare for covenant.
This is a private-pay coaching and educational program. It is not diagnosis-driven psychotherapy and is not billed to health insurance or an Employee Assistance Program.

What We Provide
Sliding Fee Scale (SFS)
This practice serves all patients regardless of their ability to pay. Discounts for essential services are offered based on family size and income. For more information, contact our office at (980) 859-3331. Thank you.
Payment
Cash (for co-pays only), and all major credit & debit cards accepted for payment.
Documentation
Any request for medical records or a care statement incurs a processing fee of $25 and takes 5-7 business days to complete.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and you have not cancelled within the 24-hour turnaround time or 4 hours for unexpected cancellations (i.e., work, accidents, technical issues), you will be required to pay the "no-show" fee for the session.
At Mirror 2 the Heart, PLLC your state of health and its ongoing development is important to us and something we take very seriously. If you miss more than three appointments with an excuse or without (no shows), we reserve the right to discharge you from the therapeutic process to avoid any risks of non-accountability. At the time of discharge referrals will be provided.
No Participation Policy
We work hard to provide effective tools and goals to move you to better outcomes but our work is not successful if there is no patient engagement. Mirror 2 the Heart, PLLC will do everything ethically and legally required to work with our patients. However, if the therapeutic journey comes to a stand still due to ongoing patient apathy, avoidance and/or denial (i.e., chronic excuses, cancellations, unwillingness to change) we will either refer you to another practice or discontinue services due to noncompliance to treatment.
