Joi Briscoe is the Director of Health & Wellness Programs at Mirror 2 the Heart, PLLC, where she leads the integration of physical wellness into the organization’s holistic approach to emotional and mental health. A graduate of UNC Charlotte with a degree in Health Systems Management, Joi combines her health-science foundation with her passion for fitness and nutrition to help clients strengthen their bodies as they strengthen their minds. She is currently completing her personal training certification, expanding her expertise in evidence-based physical wellness.

Joi develops lifestyle-focused wellness initiatives that complement the therapeutic and professional-development services M2H is known for. Her programs emphasize movement, balanced nutrition, body awareness, and confidence-building, supporting clients in creating habits that enhance energy, resilience, and overall quality of life.

As part of M2H’s next phase of growth, Joi contributes to the development of Youth Wellness Camps, Women’s Health Workshops, and future fitness-based community programs. Her warm approach, motivational style, and dedication to helping people find strength from the inside out make her a valuable member of the family-led practice.
