Dr. Justice Briscoe serves as the Director of Research & Grant Development for Mirror 2 the Heart, where she supports the organization’s mission through research-driven program design, grant acquisition, and strategic development of community-impact initiatives. Holding a Ph.D. in African American History from Liberty University, Justice brings a rigorous academic foundation, strong writing expertise, and a passion for culturally informed storytelling into the mental-wellness space.

With extensive experience in archival research, public history, museum interpretation, and educational engagement, Justice excels at transforming complex narratives into compelling proposals that strengthen funding opportunities for mental health, youth programs, and community-based wellness initiatives. Her background allows her to craft grant strategies that are grounded in evidence, cultural awareness, and measurable impact positioning Mirror 2 the Heart to expand its reach and resources.

Justice leads the development of M2H’s emerging Foundation & Community Impact Division, where she is building scholarship pathways, youth wellness initiatives, and future partnerships dedicated to accessible mental-health education. Her ability to merge research with real-world application enhances the organization’s credibility and strengthens its long-term sustainability.
